About Us:

I have been involved with personal computers since 1978 when the Radio Shack Model 1 computer was a hot item.  For the next 27 years, I worked in a company environment programming, managing, maintaining, repairing and building computers.  I enjoyed my job, but as many IT personnel in my position experience, there was seldom enough time or resources available to explore beyond what is required for daily tasks.  Through the recommendation of an associate, I discovered that, as a business, the expanded resources for knowledge and experience I was seeking was obtainable at a reasonable cost.  So, in October of 2004, I started Twilight Computer Service and became a Microsoft Partner to access those benefits and begin my quest to be a provider of high-quality computer service to the Alliance area.  At that time, TCS was intended to be a part-time operation that focused on assisting home users in the evenings and weekends when other computer technicians were less likely to be available.  In May 2005, Twilight Computer Service became full-time allowing me to expand on my available hours and also provide service to local small businesses.
